Return Policy

At Doggylo, we want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help! Please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

           1- You may return or exchange items within 10 days of delivery.

           2- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

           3- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

-          Used grooming products.

-          Toys that have been chewed or damaged by pets.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: Email support@doggylo.com with:

o    Order number.

o    Product name & reason for return.

o    Photos (if defective/damaged).

 2. Wait for Approval: We will email you a return authorization (RMA) and instructions.

 3.  Ship It Back: Send the item to our return address (provided in the email).

⚠️ Note: Unauthorized returns (sent without approval) may not be processed.

2. Refunds

Processing Time

·         Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

·         Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Refund Methods

·         Original payment (credit/debit, PayPal, etc.)

3. Exchanges

·         Exchanges are subject to product availability.

·         If the replacement item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the balance.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  -     Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  -     Provide photos/video of the issue.

  -     We’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund—no return needed!
